Kirsten Dunst wins case for restraining order

Kirsten Dunst recently won a court case against a Christoper R Smith. Dunst had petitioned the los angeles superior court to produce a restraining order on Smith after he was arrested trespassing last month, outside of Dunst's assistant's house.
The restraining order states Smith must stay away from both Dunst, her assistants and any place they may work. Neither Dunst nor Smith were at the hearing. Dunst is the star of the Spiderman trilogy, starring Tobey Maguire.
